First time booting up Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42-R33J

Hello people
Im new Acer gaming laptop user and have a problem regarding of a start up its linpus linux, when i turn on my laptop on im presented with 2 options (picture 1) if i pick the "Linpus Linux" some text is going down and we end up on picture 2. If i choose the second option its same screen but with pluggin the usb

Your system seems to be having a operating system error and asks for the operating system bootable disc.
It needs to be installed with the operating system.
