My laptop Acer Aspire 5 (A515-51G-5621)  Thunderbolt Port has some issues that causes my laptop CPU usage is getting high every time and Getting Too much heating (80° - 90°C) without doing nothing.

NOTE:- I reinstalled OS more than 3 times

Does this issue cover in warranty? My laptop still under warranty.

Uninstall, don't just disable, any non-Microsoft antivirus. Windows Defender & MalicousRemovalTool are all  most people need. Jack E/NJ

There is no problem with windows, my windows is genuine.

I think there is the problem on hardware.

So does that cover on warranty?

Yes, I know. I want you to uninstall any non-Microsoft antivirus, like McAfee, Norton's, AVG that sometimes is installed along with geniune Windows. Jack E/N

Yes it should if it's a hardware problem.

What was the factory-installed operating system if any? If it was ACER-specific Win10 version, the machine should be factory reset by the ALT+F10 cold boot method. If the problem is not resolved after this factory reset. then it probably is a hardware problem covered by warranty..

If you installed Microsoft-generic Win10 version, then it probably is a software problem not covered by warranty.
