Imran_akhtar Please answer. Did you ever search for cyberlink or powerdirector or ACER in the start menu allAPPS listings? If it was iindeed pre-installed it should be there unless you deliberately deleted it. Jack E/NJ
Yes, i searched it every where and contacted cyberlink and they have provided me a link to download it.

Maybe some in the apps download here? https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7905?b=1 Did you delete them? If not, all preinstalled ACER and related software and apps should be listed in the Window start icon Allapps listings.

Sadly Acer doesn't provide those apps in their support page.

Were they Acer BYOC apps? They were retired in September, 2018 and can't be installed anymore.

Did you search your Windows start icon list for ACER apps that are already installed on your machine? ACER discontinued some apps like abPhoto last year. Jack E/NJ

Thanks every one for the answer. But it was power director for acer. It is a photo and video editing tool. I talked to acer help center and they do not have download link so i have talked to cyber link (developer of software) to provide me the OEM version of that software. Cyber link is still in process to prove my proof of purchase and laptop and i hope they will provide oem version of it.

Imran_akhtard Did you ever search for cyberlink or powerdirector or ACER in the start menu allAPPS listings? If it was iindeed pre-installed it should be there. If not and somehow got deleted, it probably still resides in the machine's hidden ACER recovery partition. Jack E/NJ

Imran_akhtar you can also give a check in the oem hidden folder on the system drive root to see if by any chance the app is also there
