Just tested mine and its says ready I have the helios 300 2019 PH315-52 I also perform the test using firefox.

If using Firefox still produce the same warning then first make sure nothing is using your cpu and gpu on idle by monitoring task manager I guess you're getting stuttering warning because your system resource is being used excessively on idle as cpu usage should not be above 2% on average on idle. You need to identify what is hogging your system resource.

Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

Why??? Been using gaming laptops for close to a decade now; even my work ones perform like race horses, but never leave them to cool down if i need to switch them off. Exit out of work/game, and shut down, and keep moving. Only disadvange i see is that it would be hot to carry in hand, but that's about it.

Apart from the image above, do you feel stuttering in games and such?

did a test in terraria and no noticeable stutters, and the stuttering happens out of games no matter what im doing, and the cpu usages is around 0-2% and idle around 99% so i dont know what is going on

Idle CPU usage under 3% is normal. And as long as you don't notice stutter in tasks that matter most, its should be okay. What power plan do you have - set it to balanced.
It is kind of not normal to see what you mention - everything is fine in games but out of it you notice stuttering. Maybe the app you notice this is, set it to use DGPU instead of IGPU and see if that helps.

Nice... would be nice to delay windows updates by atleast 2 weeks to allow MS to patch the bugs.
