    the attached photo shows the issue I had in 2017 just within the 1st year. THen I had to get the service support to repair this( they did not give a replacement).THen now in 2019 about 4 months back the screen would go blank every time I tried to open it more than 60 degrees.My daughter is using it now in a very uncomfortable posture to be able to work on it. Although this is past the warranty period, such issues are  tell tale signs of poor quality and design which I think acer should act on it and build back the confidence of their customers. I will not recommend any of the acer models   and now I need to look for a new laptop in less than 3 years.

    Can you share more information when the blank screen start presenting? Was there any update done to the unit or have you tried any troubleshoot to correct the issue already?

    If you believe the problem is do to hardware problem, we suggest you contact the Acer support center in your region for assistance, you can set up a repair order so the unit can be analyzed.
