Hi,
I've been having trouble with my Predator Sense app.
I click for it to open, it does open, because the processes in the background appear, but the interface doesn't appear at all.
I'm getting so frustrated with this, I really need the Predator Sense for gaming.
I've tried all options that I've seen in the forum but it just doesn't work. It was working tonight, after a reboot, it stopped working.
My laptop is the Helios 300 G3-571. Help.

Do you have "quick startup" disabled in power settings? If not, disable that and try rebooting.

I've resetted the Windows, it looked like it was the only things that worked.0

hi gabriel, I had the same problem.....I surfed many sites and blogs , but i didnt find a solution.....Then on facebook i joined a group and they helped me out......Apparently running predator sense app requires INTEL Xtu after a few days...no one knows why.....Here's the process....
Uninstall predator sense app.......Download Intel XTU and install.....open Intel XTU .......Download and install predator sense app......Open predator sense......and wholaa....it opens.....without getting pushed to the background......1 -
I'd like to add a couple things.
First of all XTU isn't required to run Predator Sense.
The XTUSERVICE that comes with Predator Sense is only required if you plan on uninstalling the program.
The reason this service exists is because Predator Sense is the base program for many different models, so for the models that can use Predator Sense to overclock the CPU, this service was added. (Helios cant overclock the CPU).
I recommend reinstalling the "Turbo Boost Driver" from Acers Driver download website and shut down (not reboot) then turn on and see if it fixed.

Hey! I'm having the same problem, but for the AMD Helios model. Is there a solution for AMD equivalent? There is noe turbo boost driver listed on the support page for this model, so what do?0

While I am inclined to agree with Red-Sand that the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and Predator Sense are mutually exclusive I ran out of options while trouble shooting this same problem on my machine. I downloaded XTU then did a clean install of Predator Sense (removed the app in the Windows setting menu, reinstalled with the driver from acer.com) and the problem was solved.0
