Hey guys :)
Recently I bought a new Helios 300 rtx2060 i5 9gen model 2019
My question is that:
Is 40-55 c for CPU and 38-45 c for GPU while browsing and idle use normal temperature ? :anguished:

    Hi Mustavo

39c is very normal for day to day usage, even slightly higher is pretty normal for day to day temps. You should be worried if your cpu temps are closer to 80–90c for a long period of time. If your temps get even higher than 90c most likely your computer will automatically shut down to prevent damage. All in all 39c for just idle tasks such as web browsing is perfectly fine.

I have the same problem as OP, sometimes ilding temps are in the 50c and the fans are too loud for an idle device, I own the 9750H 1660ti helios.
and on my old i7 8750H 1060 helios I never faced this problem as that used to idle at around 27-33c

    Definitely odd

Wolver1ne the bios fan curves of the new h300 2019 arent the same as the 2018 they are higher rpm on idle they will not shut down whne youre under 40 like they did on the 2018 variants and you cant change it this has been setup by acer engineers also bare in mind that optimizing windows and repasting with a proper thermal paste like kryonaut will decrease the temps when properly applied as the stock paste wont be that good even if properly applied which in most cases that doesnt happen either its called mass production

Mustavo exactly they were designed to be like that because they have a much more power consuming cpu/gpu so the aeroblade 4th gen fans have to be constantly on to get them cooled down this is why it has one of the best cooling systems of 2019 so far and coolboost should be always on and fans on auto the bios is setup to increase the fans rpm automatically in order to cool the system down its completely normal and as i already said before to other with the same issue if they dont like a loud gaming laptop they should had got either a normal laptop or a desktop instead because taking desktop hardware and put it all together in a small compressed chassis (much smaller and thinner that the 2018 models) requires a really good cooling system theres no comparison between the heavy bulky 2018 models and the new 2019 cant even be compared they're are completely different for starters the cpu/gpu do not share the same heat pipes as they do on the 2018 and the fans are separated one on each side not on the same side as the 2018 its a complete new redesigned gaming laptop and comes pre undervolted they had learned with all the mistakes done in the 2018 models and managed to create a great beast of beasts (to me the great 2018 beast it still the H500 nd probably the H700 came to take his place)
