    Hi Mustavo

Can you try running a memory diagnostic and check the results. Process below.

To launch the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, open the Start menu, type “Windows Memory Diagnostic”, and press Enter.

You can also press Windows Key + R, type “mdsched.exe” into the Run dialog that appears, and press Enter.

You’ll need to reboot your computer to perform the test. While the test is happening, you won’t be able to use your computer.

To agree to this, click “Restart now and check for problems (recommended)”. Be sure to save your work first. Your computer will immediately restart.

Your computer will restart and the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool screen will appear. Just leave it be and let it perform the test. This may take several minutes. During this process, you’ll see a progress bar and a “Status” message will inform you if any problems have been detected during the process.

However, you don’t need to watch the test–you can leave your computer alone and come back to see the results later.

You can try updating your drivers which hopefully will help solve your issue:

    1. Before you begin make sure you create a restore point. This is a very important! (Search YourTube for How-To)

    2. For graphics driver:
      i) Download DDU (Google Display Driver Uninstaller)
ii) Download Intel graphics driver from Intel official website (Refer to your device manager for your GPU model-Search YourTube for How-To)
iii) If you have a nVidia/AMD GPU. Download nVidia/AMD dirvers from nVidia official website. (Refer to your device manager for your GPU model-Search YourTube for How-To)

    3. For your network and wifi drivers:
First find out your network & wifi make & model modules. Refer to your device manager for this information (Search YourTube for How-To). For example on my Predator Helios 300 (PH315-52) it has a Killer Networking Wifi & Ethernet modules so I download its uninstaller & its driver from Killer Networking official web site. Always try to get the official uninstaller & its drivers from the original manufacturer whenever possible.

    4. Once you done all of the above disconnect your internet to prevent Windows 10 from reinstalling drivers that you want removed! Again Search YourTube for How-To. Make sure you have downloaded all needed uninstaller and drivers before disconnecting.

    5. Boot into safemode to uninstall all the drivers for the devices mention above:
i)First run DDU to uninstall Intel/nVidia/AMD GRAPHICS/GPU drivers (Search YourTube for How-To).
-Preferably you do this for one device at a time.
-For e.g. Once you uninstall the intel graphics driver in safe mode boot back into normal mode to install intel graphics drivers first before moving on to the next device.
-You can do this in any order (As long as you do it for all the above mention device)
-But I recommend doing it in the following order:
i)nVidia/AMD GPU Drivers (Uninstall its drivers in safemode & Reinstall its drivers in normal mode)
ii)Intel Graphics Drivers (Uninstall its drivers in safemode & Reinstall its drivers in normal mode)
iii)Finally for Networking device drivers again uninstall its drivers in safemode & reinstall its drivers in normal mode.
        -Again Search YourTube for How-To

After doing all this reboot back into normal mode and hope all your issue is solved! I did this for my newly purchase Helios 300 2019 and so far it has been rock stable when playing games like PUBG, Doom, Cuphead, etc...

Hope this helps you as well as others. Good Luck!

Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

I made a post about this, but I was having the same issues on Overwatch. What I did was I went into Nvidia Control Panel>3D Settings>Power Management Mode>Prefer Max Power. This boosted my fps by nearly 150.

90 is a bit high, make sure your fan settings are normal, you can set them to high if needed. Also you should turn on turbo mode if you are getting that kind of heat. Turbo mode cools down my laptop really quickly.

You can try a cooling pad for your laptop. it will help it cool down.

Mustavo if you havent already you have to optimize windows/undervolt and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you dont have warranty seals you can do it yourself (depending on which country you are in) if not only acer repair center can you should be getting temps on 80's max 85 and its already pushing it on 90's youre already thermal throttling
