Predator PH315-51 Way slower after factory reset

I have the predator PH315-51   after my predator sense stopped working and not being able to find any solutions that worked, i decided to do a factory reset. before the reset my computer worked just as good as the day i bought it. but after resetting it their are lots of problems and launching  simple applications such google takes forever. if their are any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.

my drivers are all up to date. and their is no evidence that shows why it would be running so much slower

    Also while im at it another question. when i look in my console and at my programs it shows that i have predator sense installed but i cannot find it anywhere. it wont show up when searching predator sense in the search bar neither will it show up in the acer folder in the start menu. this is another one of the problems im having after the reset.

    first , disable.all unnecessary programs and services , like prefecth, windows search , etc.
    disable.all  tips and suggestion stuffs.

    yeah i found out later that my gpu wasnt even being used at all and i got that fixed i just had to download the drivers.. then i undervolted the cpu.. now it seems to be working just fine
