Hi. I've recently bought a predator helios 300 2019 edition laptop and i've noticed that even after several hours of charge at 99 perc, my laptop won't complete to 100. Is there anything you could suggest and give opnion about?

I have about 5,000 mWh wear in my battery always on AC for 18 months 24/7 non stop looking at your report the battery seems just fine just one question have you calibrated your battery first time you turned it on ? if not it needs to be calibrated its in the users manual and also acer support you have to let it charge to full and completely discharge it repeat the process 3 times to get it properly calibrated after this you can leave it always on on AC if you wanted and will only need to calibrate it once every 3 months (only one full discharge/charge) you can also get batterybar software to monitor your battery wear its also advisable to only use it on battery only on light tasks never use it on battery while gaming and before you start a game make sure the battery its 100% charged first

krsna_336 uninstall the acpi driver as @egydiocoelho suggested above perform a battery powerdrain let it rest for 2/3h boot into bios and reset bios to defaults boot into windows let it reinstall the acpi driver and see if it charges or not if the issue persists check your battery report for battery wear you might also have a faulty battery even if its a brand new laptop it might happen

If your laptop was charged to 99% and then unplugged even momentarily, and then plugged back in, windows will not charge it to 100% however long you leave it connected - to avoid minute charge discharge cycles. But in this case, it normally shows battery as full (100%) and not 99%. Does your battery indicator say it is full?

Try disconnecting charger and letting the laptop drain to like 10% and then charge it back it. If this time too, assuming there are no power outages and such, and it is being continuously charged, and it stops at 99%, it could be a driver issue like others pointed out above.

No it doesn't say its fully charged. The indicator stops at 99 perc saying 1 min left to charge.
