Have a AZ3-715-UR16 All-in-One - about 2 yr old. I accidentally knocked out the power jack in back of pc.  When i plugged it back in, it powered up (can see both lights on front) but get nothing but black screen.  Seen some other posts on here on how to fix, but most say Laptops, or get the splash screen then it disappears. I tried some of those anyway, but to no avail.  I don't see anything at all on screen.  Any idea how i can resolve.   Thanks for any help you can provide

    Hi!!

    @bcastelli55

    As a work around, I recommend you to disconnect all cables including power cable from the computer. Then press & hold the power button of your computer for 30 seconds. Later reconnect all computer cables and power on the unit. Please post back the result.

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I had tried that earlier, (without waiting too long after holding the power button for 30 sec.)  Tried again, this time letting it sit for a while, but still no good when I put power back on. Just to note, i dont have to press the power button when plugging in the power cable - the PC powers up as soon as the power cable is connected.  Is that normal for this PC?  The button seems to work OK to turn it off, so i dont think the button is faulty.

    So called Acer help line.  They had me try same thing (unplug, press power for 40 sec, plug back in) to no avail.  Said being out of warranty, not much more they could do.  Found local repair guy in town who though maybe mother board got fried from loose power connection, and he'd take a look at no charge, and if it was that, he'd try to get one on ebay and repair.  Evidently he pulled it apart, removed what ever components he could, put it back together and it booted up OK.  Been fine since. So if anyone has similar, and your so inclined to pull it apart, just might work for you too. :)   Thanks for you help, just the same.

    @Kestero you should start a new thread for your issue. Please include the full model number and what you have tried so far. Thanks.
