W510: turn on Standard touch keyboard that includes ALT, FN and WINDOWS keys

W510 Touch Keyboard Options:  NONE of the three default options for the onscreen touch keyboard includes a layout that has ALT, FN or Windows keys.  The seems strange for a computer that uses the Windows key for all kinds of shortcuts.  To find the standard keyboard layout that has these keys go to Settings>Change PC settings>General then in the right column look for "touch keyboard"  Of the seven options listed go to the last setting called "Make the standard keyboard layout available" and slide to turn ON.  This is the only option that is turned off by default.  I used the FN and Windows keys all the time and wonder why users are not given this option up front.
