Excuse me, i have acer travelmate 4740 core i3 350M and i upgrade processor to core i7 640M, I want to upgrade my RAM. My question is how much RAM speed can I use and how much total RAM can I upgrade ?

Hi,
You can upgrade with a DDR3 1066MHz module up to 8GB(2x4GB) if you are using 64bit OS, if it's 32bit OS, you can upgrade to only 4GB.

Yes, you can upgrade the memory up to 4GB with DDR3L 1600MHz modules, you can also upgrade your HDD to a 2.5" SSD.
