why my acer nitro 5 as515-51 battery keep disconnected and connected when the battery is nearly(an51

this nearly 2 month i face this problem it keep disconnection and connecting when the battery nearly full.it disrupt me when i use my laptop especially during play games. and if i disconnect the battery will not last long it just around 30 to 45 min. then when i charge it just need around 30 min to full. it also did not display any waning when the battery it about to die. Before this it will shown the popup if the battery want to die. plz help me.... and one more... this acer nitro 5 can run without battery ??? my laptop just few week pass the warranty for the battery and it happen. and now i don't have money to replace it..

Does this "problem" only occur in games? Have you tried reinstalling windows by pressing alt + f10 before the Acer logo to check if it is a problem in windows? Have you tried upgrading bios to version 1.22?

it happen not just during in game but also during i doing normal work. Before this i have tried format my laptop but same thing happen. actually i afraid to update bios because it contain high risk. but maybe i will try it. can you give me link to update it.

never mind i have found the link to download... should i download one by one or just skip to the latest version.... what safety precaution is needed during update the bios...

Before updating uefi, I suggest you try reinstalling windows by pressing alt + f10, to see if it solves the problem! Then try updating the drivers on the intel and nvidia sites and also upgrade windows to version 1903. Ideally you should try reinstalling windows. But you can also update drivers with driverbooster to see if it solves the problem!

before this i have format the laptop twice but still same. now i trying to update the bios.. hopefully it will solve the problem

OK! Are you plugging the power adapter directly into a properly grounded electrical outlet? Also, have you tried reinstalling windows by pressing alt + f10?
