Recently I've been facing an issue of Laptop Turning off when running on Battery. It was purchased 6 months ago. This issue never occurs when my laptop is connected to a charger, This problem is purely random and cannot be replicated and thats the most difficult part since i cant really explain it when i go to service center. Also i have tried to search this problem here but didnt find a helpful solution. This is a really annoying issue and has been occurring for awhile now I've also tried to contact acer repair but what happened was
1. He came to my place
2. Tested my Laptop with some software(He said the software detects any malfunctioning hardware or lose connections)
3. didn't find any problem on my laptop
4. closed my issue without solving it
I've attached the logs taken from Event Viewer for last 2 shut downs, in case someone can conclude something from this and assist me in solving my issue
I hope someone might be able to help me solve my problem or suggest me what should i do next
Thanks in Advance :)

    Install battery bar on your system. It would show a better picture of battery wear levels.

    Those random shud down prroblem was fixed by Acer Support people. They sent someone to my place, he opened the laptop and according to what i understood, he simply inserted a small piece of paper to ensure battery is properly connected. According to him the battery was loosely connected with the device, and that might have been a manufacturing defect.
    About that start up freezing, can you please explain? Also to most generic problem on windows , you can just try to disable all startup apps and try or maybe just reset your PC

    Disable fastboot and sleep mode also helps in some cases

    I'm facing the same problem. My laptop unexpectedly shuts down when it is on battery. The laptop runs fine on power, there are no heating issues. The reliability report generated showed Kernel-power error. I also cleaned the RAM but it did not help. I also installed the latest system and BIOS update. What should I do?
    Thanks in advance.

    @Yadav
    Did he test the battery? Did he try changing battery and seeing if it worked?

    @Yadav @SilverElf
    Looks like you guys have a bad battery.
    When the laptop shuts down when on battery, do NOT connect power source, and fire it back up. Check the battery percentage when it is up.
