OK here is the problem with me triton 500 when i am not charging, the laptop still remains 74% after plugged in for a few minutes and play games, just around 5 to 6 minutes the battery straight becomes 100% fully charged, when i plugged of the charger it becomes 92% after 30minutes of gaming which i assume it is the right battery percentage. When i plugged in the charger, it straight becomes 100% again. Anyone can tell me if it is normal?

Hard to tell from the description. Try this. Open elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Compare design capacity with full charge capacity. Post screenshot here if possible. Jack E/NJ

That's funny too. I suspect that the battery's own internal regulator isn't correctly reporting its charge level. You can try to uninstall all the battery drivers in Device Manager. Then reboot and let Windows automatically re-install them to see if it corrects the discrepancy. Jack E/NJ

To rule in or rule out a hardware issues, I suggest you quickly try  a full erase-everything ALT+F10 cold boot reset as shown in the video below. If the issue persists, return the machine to the vendor/seller ASAP as defective for a refund or exchange before the sellers RMA period expires. Don't delay because ACER warranty service will take longer. Jack E/NJ

Sry bro can’t be solve yet I had alrdy called acer and they say they will replaced me a new battery may I know the battery’s internal regulator u r suspecting that it is not correctly reporting is that inside the battery itself or is it with the motherboard of the laptop and do u think it’s the battery problem or the charging board problem? Cuz I scare that after I switch to the new battery it still happens the same thing
