Ringstone's problem wint Acer Z110 duo

Hi,

I bought a ACER Z110 DUO With OS Androïd 2.3.6 but it'impossible for me to reconnise it on my computer who works with windows 7. I Believe the driver is'nt comptatible with windows 7, so i don't make a ringstone on MP3 to Acer Z110. I have any acces to Acer Z110, I can trasfert my MP3 on SD card but I don't use it like ringstone because Acer Z110 reconnise my MP3 like music but I have no choice to use my MP3 like a ringstone... Sorry, my engish is very very bad...

Acer assitant don't explain how I import my Mp3 like ringstone, they give a solution for technics problems only... Acer assitant dont explain how the custums can use the Acer Z110 and they want to speak only a enghish language but evrybody are a english custumers. This vrey important firm must kwon a lot of language to answer us...

Help me please and if it possible, use a french language...

Hello,

Did you install the Acer Z110 duo USB drivers on your PC? If not, please install the drivers on your PC.

The USB drivers can be downloaded from the following website: http://www.acer.fr/ac/fr/FR/content/drivers.

You need to select Smartphone> Z Series > Z110, and then download the file "USB 2.0 Pilote".

After the driver installation is completed, switch on and connect your device to the PC, and wait until all the drivers are installed on the PC and the device is identified by the PC.

If you have already installed the USB drivers, then please can you proceed as follows:

When you connect your device to the PC, do you see any notification in the notification bar which says "USB connected. Select to copy files to/from your computer"?

If so, please pull down the status bar and click on the notification. Choose the option USB storage. After this step, you should be able see your device as a hard drive in your PC's File Explorer and you should be able to copy files between your PC and the SD card.

Pour télécharger le pilote USB, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous:
1. Allez à www.acer.com et sélectionnez votre région et pays.
2. Déplacez votre souris au dessus de Assistance et cliquez sur Pilote et téléchargement dans le menu qui apparaît. Sélectionnez Smartphone sous Famille de produit, puis la Gamme de produits de votre téléphone, et le Modèle.
3. Sélectionnez le pilote USB pour le télécharger (dans l'onglet "Pilote").

Si vous avez deja installé le pilote USB dans votre PC, veuillez suivre les instructions ci-dessous:

Est-ce que vous voyez apparaitre le message "USB connecte" dans la barre de notification?

Si la reponse est oui, alors faites glisser la barre de notification vers le bas, puis vers la droite pour ouvrir l’onglet USB. Touchez le bouton Marche situé à côté de Utiliser comme lecteur USB. Vous pourrez maintenant voir la carte microSD dans votre téléphone comme un lecteur dans l’explorateur de fichiers de votre ordinateur.

Sorry for my english language but I want to say thanck for your reply. But my problem isn't resolved because when I connect my Z110 on my computer, it's impossible for me to see my phone, I can access only ths card Micro SD. How I can access the phone system ? My personnal ringstone are on my card but I can't use her. I suppose my phone don't see her but it's somes MP3 ringstones. Can you help me please.... Explain this in french language...

crée sur ta carte un dossier "ringtones", met des mp3 dedans et tu devrais les trouver pour tes sonneries

Je confirme, j'ai déjà créé un dossier "Ringstones" sur la carte SD mais je ne peux pas mettre ces MP3 en sonneries. Je peux juste les comme simple musique.
