I wish to get the working registry entries for this configuration.  I have an otherwise working system, but cannot connect externals through the usb ports.

I'd like to find the issue of 5352 right side USB ports not working as well?

We are unable to provide a registry hive for you.

Can you please list for us the part number of your system?

Did you upgrade to a new OS and are now having issues?

    When do these issues occur?

Is there anyway to fix the right side USB ports? They don't detect anything, but devices work fine in left USB port.

No symbols in device manager. Windows was reloaded. They have worked once or twice but soon go away.

If the ports are not showing up in device manager and you are unable to detect any hardware plugged into them, it sounds like there may be a hardware issue. Especially since other USB ports on the system are operating properly.

All the ports show up! The ones on right side just don't work?

Seems like the Power Managment turns them off when not used and when you clean up registry it deletes them. Need registry entries?

Please see the first message regarding the registry hive.

Did you check your power management settings?

Ensure that you have changed all the port settings so that the system does not disable any.
