today i bought a new laptop of ACER PREDATOR HELIOS 300. i am not able to use USB TYPE C. normal HDMI Slot is working. but TYPE C is not working

Not all USB Type-C can support video. As other have mentioned, the first generation of USB Type-C does not support video or charging. Your model only outputs video via the HDMI port.0

@INDER as it was said the usb-c its not thunderbolt (it shows in the specs doesnt specify thunderbolt anywhere just usb-c u should had looked at it when you bought it) so doesnt support video output only the latest 2019 variants have thunderbolt and probably not all either depends on the model and country
Because you need thunderbolt my advice now its return it to the shop/seller where you bought it and buy one of the new 2019 variants with thunderbolt either H300 , T500 or an H500 and this time make sure you check the specs properly that you need don't buy it blindly
