Hi all,

I have just bought a BE240y laptop and the power button doesn't seem to work.  It is not powering on at all.

I have connected it to a docking station and a HP Windows 10 Laptop.

Is this just a case of asking for a replacement or could set up issues be affecting the monitor.

Thanks
RzR

    Hi @RzR,

NOTE: If you believe that everything is perfectly connected and no indication for power at all, then unfortunately it is a hardware issue. As it is a  new unit, check with the store for replacement options.

Hi, I see that your monitor is not turning on. Don't worry. Kindly unplug all the cables from the monitor and press and hold the power button of the monitor for 30 to 40 secs, and then try to turn on the monitor by plugging in the cables. This is a Power On Self Test which helps to release the unwanted static or potential energy stored in the monitor.
