Fan speed doesn't vary much for this model as shown below. It would be hard to tell the difference by ear for modest load temps. Jack E/NJ

Did you reinstall the ACER version of Win 10 from the hidden ACER recovery partition or the Microsoft generic version of Win10? Jack E/NJ

Go to this link http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/driversEnter your machine's full model number and download and try the apps that might be available for your model. You might also want to try some of the ACER chipset drivers. Jack E/NJ

>>> i restart it then i have to change to utfi to legasy mode in boot menu in order to make the system running again >>>This is the problem!!! You must completely re-install Win10 with UEFI bootstrapper, NOT Legacy BIOS. In order to do this, your HDD must be GPT partitioned, NOT MBR-partitioned. You must've changed to MBR when you installed Linux because you used an MBR FAT32 Linux USB installation. You should have used a GPT FAT32 Linux USB installation. Jack E/NJ
