My Aspire ES1-523 freezes, crashes, slow to load(Aspire ES1-523)

I’ve had an Aspire ES1-523 for just over a year now, but I’ve only used it a handful of times because ever since I got it, it takes forever to load- even loading the sign-in/password page takes 5 minutes to load and another minute or so before I can move the cursor or type anything. 
It takes at least 3 minutes to load anything and everything (plus an additional minute or so to let my type or use the cursor), and any program I open stops responding and crashes after a few minutes or immediately. 
I’ve factory reset it 3 times, deleted/uninstalled as much bloatware as I could, and even had a tech savvy friend take a look at it (which didn’t help). I’ve tried everything I could to fix it and it’s still pretty much useless. 
I’ve seen many online reviews saying the exact same things about it, and I’ve seen on at least one website that the model is discontinued (is it??) I don’t have much money I can spend. Is it worth it to get it professionally fixed, or should I try something different?

    I do see that you have tried the possible troubleshooting steps on the unit. even sometimes due to some hardware problem the unit might get slower.
    So if the unit is under warranty check with Acer and send the unit for service.
