I’m guessing it’s a motherboard problem, is it possible to fix it?
  • Have you tried removing the rams, hd and ssd memories and testing each hardware individually? Are there any capacitors or mosfet burned on the motherboard?

You would have to take it apart (as u said its out of warranty) and check every component/hardware and as @egydiocoelho stated above while you are doing it check for any burnt capacitor/chip in the board that is where i would start straight away if i were you because if teh issue its with the board there is no point on trying to test any hardware the boards can be fixed but its a night are to find the components for them so my best advice try to find a refurbished mobo usually on aliexpress or similar this would be the easiest way if the issue its really the mobo :)
