I have a case already submitted and received an email from noreply@acer.com.  My problem is that the attachment emailed to me does not open>  The message is Error
Failed to load PDF document.
Would you please resend this information to me so that I can open it and followed the required instructions.

    You will have to contact Acer support using that case number. We're a user support forum here and it's very hit and miss to have an Acer employee get involved.

    Have tried, but it goes to the US online support and the SN no is not recognised   :/
