Complaint Escalation (India)

I have an Acer Liquid E Ferrari edition smartphone. I had almost no problems for 2 years.

But now my battery is dead and the phone wont just boot.

 

I had called up and mailed customer care on various occassions and also received replies via mail.

I also confirmed the order for a new battery. But since then, i have not received any satisfactory response from them.

It has been OVER 3 MONTHS that this has been going on. Isnt 3 months just way too long for a new battery?? and whats worse is that I dont see this ending anytime soon.

 

Is there any mail id/ customer care number that I can use to escalate the matter?? (specificto India)

 

Can I order it online somewhere???

    I have exactly the same problem and same complaint. No luck and absolutely no support from Acer. I have even checked with Acer shops in Bangalore without any luck. The battery is not available online too. I'm totally stuck.
