Hi so recently I bought this Nitro 5 and in another store I saw the same Nitro 5 but the Keyboard Backlight stays on for as long as its plugged in. My Nitro 5 's keyboard light turn off after 30 seconds. Is there anyway to toggle this to stay on when plugged on AC and turn off after 30 secs when in Battery mode? Thanks everyone!

Go to Acer's driver page and install BIOS version 1.25, which will let you to toggle this option in the BIOS menu.

Before updating the BIOS make sure all USB devices are unplugged and battery is at 100%.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Should the AC be plugged while at 100%?
