In above image you can see predator sense is showing temps after i ran     FARCRY 5    benchmark max is 95 C for cpu and for gpu its 84 C.And even the HWMonitor is showing the same temps so it means predator sense is correct. Even i tried a undervolting guide of hotel hero but still i'm getting same temps as before.
And yes 3 months back an acer assistant came to change the thermal paste and to clean my laptop but after 1 week my laptop started to overheat, i know you all will say that ambient temp also matters but i play in ac room at 16 C temp so its not the problem with me.
i am thinking to call acer center for repasting, is it a good idea? also, they use a simple HP named paste.
My Laptop PH315-51
i5-8300H
16GB 2400mhz
GTX 1060
purchased it 6 months ago from flipkart
Sorry For Bad English  :'(

do you put your laptop at cloth or foam? if your laptop is in the top of the cloth or foam the cold air cant enter inside your laptop
if not try to put an electric fan near at your laptop if your problem solve with that buy laptop fan cooler

It sounds like the re-paste performed by Acer was ineffective. As you've found out, they apply a bulk paste that is not especially good. They will not use any other paste. Having them perform the repair again will likely give you the exact same results.

In my opinion your best bet is to perform this procedure yourself with a quality paste of your choosing. There are a number of YouTube videos documenting each step.

I tried more things, only solution is using ThrottleStop, disable CPU Turbo. No need into a 15" laptop 3.8k Mhz, fix 2.8k Mhz is just enough. If developers aren't able to solve the overheat of a brutal performance hardware, then don't build it. It hears good i7 processor in a 15" laptop, but no valid reason to use if temperature is 90+ C°, a strong i5 is enough.

Is Arctic MX-4 paste good? and does changing thermal pads give any benefit?

I play in ac room and putting laptop on table, so that's not the case with me.

I use that, it's the basic what you can do to keep low level temperature. Thermal pad also means some C° minus.

If undervolting/optimizing windows didnt solved the temps issues as it was already said only solution left its to repaste with a good thermal paste for ex kryonaut or similar
