How to change boot order in Aspire E 15 ES -575 laptop from HDD to SSD?

I upgraded my E15-ES-575 laptop with m2 Crucial SSD drive, cloned my HDD and then I tried to change boot order in Bios from Toshiba HDD to new SSD. I hit F2 button during boot and in BIOS menu I found that factory set-up boot order like this:
1) Windows;
2) Toshiba HDD;
3) Crucial SDD.
I changed boot order putting SSD on top of HDD, so Windows is #1, SSD is #2 and HDD is #3. I saved changes, rebooted but it looks like that boot is still going from HDD not from SSD. Do I need to put SSD on top of boot order and Windows on #2 position? How I can check that boot is coming from SSD not from HDD?

    Id say you need to tell the bios to boot from your new drive (instead of windows,,)

    Hi,
    You could try removing the HDD and leave only the SSD and boot, make sure you have transferred the OS and the contents of the HDD, after using for few hours, try inserting the HDD and wipe the OS from it.

    I still confused whether I should put SSD on #1 boot position and leave Windows as #2? Somebody told me that New UEFI setups use Windows option that I see in BIOS at #1 position, so I should keep Windows as #1. Looking for advise of Acer laptop owners who upgraded to SSD how they made SSD primary drive to boot.

    Make sure you have migrated the OS from HDD to SSD. Press SHIFT + + to put crucial SSD at the first order.

    When do  you press the Shift + + ?  I have similar issue.  OS is migrated using cloning tool.  I can instruct system to boot from SSD via F12 at boot up and OS runs fine, however, if I just reboot (no F12) then ACER repair screen appears.  ROM boot options has Windows as first and SSD as second boot options.
