Acer Aspire 3 freezes on charge while idling.

Hey, so as described its freezing/locking up etc, forcing a hard reset.

It's only happening when its idling while its charging. Doesn't do it while i'm active on it, which makes me thing that something (software) is jarring up on it if it's not being used.

I've followed some advice i've found on the internet,  playing around with power plans, sleep settings etc. but it's still doing it.  

Any Idea's?   Everything appears to be up to date
