I've been having some issues with static feedback from my internal speakers and when using headphones. This problem has been going on for about two months and doesn't exist when I'm connected to an external speaker (bluetoooth). The problem occurs occasionally with Itunes and streaming content (videos, music, podcasts) but usually goes away if I restart my machine. However, the problem never seems to go away when I use the Grover Podcast App that was installed with Windows 10. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi,
if you have prob with the headphones alone then check with the headphone or the place where you connect the headphones. i mean the connection spot. if its loose on the unit then it can cause such prob. try to reinstall the Audio drivers if you think its the computer prob.since the internal speaks are working fine and you have prob only on headset i dont think its driver issue.it can be a connector issue.

Thanks for the response. Don't think it's the headphone jack since the problem also occurs with the internal speakers. It isn't a problem when I connect to an external speaker. Where would I find the audio drivers?

    Thanks again.

    Hi,
    1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
    2. Find and double-click the category of device whose driver you wish to uninstall .
    3. Restart the computer after the uninstall.

Just spent a GRAND on a Swift 3 and the audio is pure garbage crackling everyday. STOPPING WHAT I'M DOING TO UNINSTALL THE DRIVER AND REBOOT MY COMPUTER IS NOT A FIX!!! The problem reappears within hours. I have combed through youtube videos and other fixes - THEY DON'T APPLY.
I SWEAR TO ALL THAT IS SACRED I WILL DRAG ACER'S NAME THROUGH THE MUD IN EVERY FORUM AND REVIEW I CAN FIND IF THEY DON'T FIX THIS! IT WILL BE MY LIFE'S WORK I SWEAR. Give me a BIOS update or SOMETHING for the love of God I just spent a thousand dollars of my hard earned money on a piece of garbage I can't even watch a video on. I will be reopening my ticket with your service team tomorrow morning bright and early and I'm going to ruin everyone's day there just like THIS PROBLEM RUINS MY DAY EVERYDAY.
