Thanks.

    Hi @swenak,

    >>>Press Win + R to open Run dialog > Type: msconfig and click OK;Check Hide all Microsoft services under Services tab > Uncheck all other remaining services > OK to save all changes;Restart Windows.

    >>>End Task of running programs and Disable Startup program in task manager. This fix can help you quickly end high CPU usage issue when your device becomes extremely slow or even get stuck with running programs:Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys at the same time to bring up Task Manager; Select Task Manager > Check and select programs that are taking high memory and CPU usage > Click End Task to close selected programs or apps.

    >>>Press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys at the same time to bring up Task Manager; Select Task Manager >try to disable all the startups.

    >>>Check the below link to change the mouse settings.

Thanks for answer, but this is not what I asking for. It is not problem about CPU usage, or so. As I wrote, only keyboard and touchpad not work, USB connected keyboard and mouse work instantly. So, I mean, that problem is in drivers, or services for keyboard and touchpad. I try to delete drivers and install it after that, but same. I try some other ways, that I found on internet, but still same.

So if you already tried to reinstall the synaptics drivers and didn't worked try in bios to swap the touchpad from advanced to the other option availabe or vice versa if that still not working maybe try a battery pinhole reset pressing it for 30s and leave it to rest 5 to 10 minutes for complete power drain then boot into bios factory reset bios and another option also its to reset windows to acer factory settings and finally the last option if nothing none of the previously worked it maybe faulty and will need to be sent to warranty for replacement

Hi, I appear to be having the same problem with my swift 3. Did you find a permanent fix for your problem?
