Why did  you feel the need to do power reset in the first place? Jack E/NJ

Nanny We've been through this before on your other thread. https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/655650/#Comment_655650   You must reset the system as Tweak has apparently corrupted Windows. On boot, tap the F2 key to enter into the BIOS menu again. Make sure the F12 and D2D options are enabled in the BIOS main tab. Then F10 to save settings and exit. Then shut the machine off again. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below, If it doesn't appear, you're going to have to purchase the ACER recovery USB stick from the ACER CAnada on line store. Cost is around $50. https://store.acer.com/en-ca/erecovery/rcd/ Jack E/NJ

    (1) What was the problem with the battery BEFORE tweaking told you to do a power reset?

    (2) What method did you use to do a power reset?

    (3) Why are you using tweaking?

could you share the image of battery status in your device. Also, check if  battery drivers are listed in device manager.

Batteries are listed and I updated them. My battery just shows up saying 9 present and charging, which it does not charge any higher

I never had a problem with the battery. The tweaking software did any fixes that were needed and then required a battery reset and I went to Acer to learn the best way to do the power reset
I used a pin and inserted into a small hole of my pc to reset the battery.
My PC was getting slow and I thought Tweaking would help.

I got my PC to reset and it did not fix the battery problem. Any other thing I can try before I have to buy an Acer Recovery?
Thanks so much JackE for all your help and patience with me, I really appreciate it

What do you mean? Did the ALT+F10 recovery reset complete or not?  Jack E/NJ

Purchasing recovery media would only install the same exact operating system that you already reset. It would be nothing more than waste of money. Factory reset should have fixed the issue.

Could you share the battery image to understand this in depth.

Sorry it took time to reply.. As per the image it looks the battery is not detected properly. To confirm this does the unit shutdown when charger is unplugged? If yes its definitely hardware issue. If it does not then its good to purchase recovery media.
