Hi

My windows key on my laptop is misbehaving meaning it works randomly, did find a youtube vid and popped out the key in question and I can't see anything wrong with it and it also looks clean as well.
Any answer will be appreciated.

I have to import said part as I find unlikely I locate it locally (South Africa) hence my question.
have you tried calling acer support in south africa. If not here is the number 0871513400 contact them and check if there are any known 3rd party local stores to help you with the part. Also, you can purchase the KB alone from acer support.

Will do so in the morning, as I give it 50/50 that they will have the part in question.

i guess they should have the parts available. I have once ordered motherboard for my acer laptop from acer support itself. I didnt want to get one from 3rd party and experience the trouble in short time.. :)

Do give it a try. If they do have the parts it would be best.
