hello

my brand new Swift 3 SF315-52 laptop was set up and doing great for 3-4 days. Now all
of a sudden it dropped my WiFi and will
not recognize any networks, at my home or elsewhere. I have read several
posts what talk about similar issues but the steps are not all available in my displays when I start following them. I am not very savy with technology but am desperate to get this fixed and working. I am dead without it. Help! Thanks!

Right click on the Windows start icon. Click on 'Device Manager'. Do you see and red or yellow warnings? Jack E/NJ

Device manager only leads me to a list and I don’t see any colored warnings.

Click on the Network Adapters folder in Device Manager. Do you see a wireless network adapter listed in the folder? Jack E/NJ

Hello, I have had the same problem for months now. Spent hours and hours trying everything out there. Did you ever find a solution to fix the problem ?

You are responding to posts from several years ago. You will likely get more people to look if you start a new thread for your issue. Include the full model number (this thread is for a SF315-52 from 2018), what you are experiencing and what you have tried so far to get it working.
