Hi,
My laptop is overheating around 85-90 in apex with turbo boos enabled and nitrosesne set to maximum performance. I see that with turbo disabled it has 60 degrees Celsius. I also see that with turbo enabled and nitrosesne to balance there is a decrease in heat for like 20 degrees. What do u think is best, turbo disabled with nitrosense to high performance, or turbo enabled with nitrosense to balanced. Also, is undervolting a good option for my laptop?

You can try undervolting the CPU with Throttlestop and that will reduce the temperature to high 70s.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Is intel extreme tuning utility better than thorttlestop ? Or at least easier to use for a guy that don t know anything about undervolting?

I personally use throttlestop, as I think it is better, but you can use XTU if you want.
