I was playing some games on it and suddenly my screen froze and shortly after it shut down. I tried to turn it on again but it didn't work. It also was not idicating that it was being charged as the led light for the charging process wasn't on. So i decided to poke the battery reset pinhole at the bottom of the laptop and waited for abit. I tried turning it on again but it still won't turn on. After that i decided to remove the battery by opening the cover below the laptop so that i could release any build up in the system. After all that it still doesn't work. Any ways for me to fix this?

Check the voltage output of the charger plug between it's outer and center electrodes using a multimeter. It should be about 19volts DC. Jack E/NJ

I dont have a multimeter to test it out. My laptop was fully charged before it crashed so I dont think the charger is the problem.

Disconnect the battery. Does it turn on with charger alone? Jack E/NJ

    >>>same goes for the charger >>>

You must find someone with a digital multimeter to check DC voltage output of charger. They are very cheap and widely available. Jack E/NJ
