I bought a cloudbook Aspire 1 A114-31  (model N17Q4) four months ago.
can't make updates because there are enough space on hard disk, frequently crashes/reboots. I don't want it!
Any chance of I have a refund to change for a notebook?
Thanks

Four months is a bit too long to be able to take it back to the vendor... You can try putting a SD card in most models to get more storage, then remove and reinstall some apps to that. It'll give you some more room on your C drive. You can also do a disk cleanup on it and free some up.

Thanks for replying, I uninstalled everything that I can, I get 6GB free space, keep saying that haven't free space. I agree and the option is to buy a SD card, but I've already bought a external drive.
Acer made a cloudbook with 32GB and use win 10 who demands always more space on hard disk.
The cloudbook is a crappy thing and shouldn't be in the market. I want to report and complain this to Acer and I want a laptop.
