    Yes, i unmarked those and finaly succesfully instaled the drivers, however it did not help. W will restore the PC without a backup and than we'll see what happenes. If this does not work I guess i have to open the PC somehow on take it to service becouse im getting ***** of slowly. I'll let you know how it went ;)

    After a generał restore the pad still does not respond on Advanced bios Settings.i’ve also updated the driver and nothing. After all we’ve done with it I’d like to tkanki you very much for Your help becouse without it I probably would troubleshoot it till new year. Im sending the PC back to the creator.i wish you as few issues like this as possible. Regards and hołd tide ;)
  • I still think this problem is not in hardware, but in configuration! Can you tell the idhardware of the human interface device and also the mouse?

    Hi RadioCR,

    Sorry to hear your having issues. 

    How did you perform the general restore, do you have the original O.S. Acer partition or recovery disk?

    Have you returned the unit?
