What is the model number of your device?
You can download the drivers from the Acer website by entering  your device serial number, SNID or model number or selecting the model from the manually : https://www.acer.com/ac/sv/SE/content/drivers
You can download the wireless driver on any computer and tranfer the files using a USB flash drive or any external storage device.
If you are unable to find your device driver, please let us know the model number of your device and we will help you with the weblink to download the wireless driver.

Let us know the status. We will be glad to assist u further.

    Hi,

Great to get some help. I am a far from a specialist so I will ask a lot of basic question.. There are two Atheros products but none of them have the same identity. Wireless LAN Driver (NFA435 HAI) and Wireless LAN Driver (NFA335 HAI). Which one should I download? The problem I have is that I don't get any Internet access. My Wi-Fi lacks a valid IP-configuration. I have tested all the basic recommendations by Microsoft and now I am at the very bottom of the list.

    Best Regards

    Anders

You can download and install the Wireless LAN Driver (NFA335 HAI)  Download

You need to press and hold the Fn key and tap the F3 key to turn On and Off the wifi connectivity on your device.

    Hi,

I managed to download and start up the computer but nothing happened to my Internet connection. I got an advice to update my Windows 10 version from another guy but I don't want to do that by myself. Do you have any other idea?

    Best regards

    Anders

What happens when you try to connect to wifi network?
Do you get any error messages?
Is any other device with connect to the same router and working fine?
Try to disable any firewall or antivirus and check the Wi-Fi issue.

    Please run the Network troubleshooter
In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn’t fix your connection problem, try the below mentioned steps:
    >>Ensure that Wireless Adapter is Enabled.
Press windows key + R keys to load the Run dialog box. Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter. Right click on the Wireless network (Wi-Fi) connection and select Enable. If you see the Disable option available, then your card is already enabled, but you can give a try to Disable and re-Enable it.

    >>Make sure that Wi-Fi is ON and Airplane Mode is OFF.
Click the Start menu image and click Settings. Open Network and Internet. Select the Airplane Mode on the left and ensure that: Airplane Mode is OFF. Wi-Fi is On.

    Hi,
Thanks for your help but nothing easy seems to work out. So I will take my computer and go to a repair shop rather than doing anything wrong.
So all the best and hopefully my next problem is a little bit easier to fix.
    Best Regards

I had strange behaviour with this card/combo... I needed to run (in Administrator Command Prompt) sfc /scannow

I was using Windows 7 on a Kaby Lake laptop, so my own fault really... after System File Checker found and replaced some system files, I was able to connect to my WiFi hotspot !!!

I ran into this thread while searching for a more recent QCA9377 driver for a Windows 10 Acer laptop, and it seems that the correct solution hasn't been posted yet, so I thought I'd post here in case anyone else has the same issue. Microsoft distributes a much more recent driver for this network adapter over Windows Update. To get it, just follow these steps:
    1. If you're searching for a more recent driver for your wireless network adapter, I assume your wireless connection is unreliable. Use the wired network port on your PC to connect directly to your home router with an Ethernet cable, ensuring a stable network connection during this process.
    2. Ensure that you're running the latest version of Windows 10 by going to system settings -> "Update & Security" -> "Windows Update" and clicking the button labeled "Check for updates".
    3. Right-click the Start Menu icon on your taskbar and choose "Device Manager". Click yes at the User Account Control window.
    4. When Device Manager appears, click the arrow next to "Network adapters" to expand that section.
    5. Right-click the entry for your Qualcomm network adapter and choose "Update driver."
    6. Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software".
    7. Windows should then automatically find and install the latest driver for your wireless network adapter. When this is finished, restart your computer.
    I hope this helps.

I installed VPN then the problem occurred, my network was lost In the adapter settings, I was confused then I returned the settings to the factory settings, the problem actually added to the problem, unable to install the driver, no Intel adapter is present in this computer, I tried the driver on the official website Acer for my laptop Acer One 14 L1410 but still I say I can't connect to the internet

That may mean the killswitch of VPN may still be active. Try resetting (choose to wipe everything) again. Also, backup before doing it.

    Hi,

newbie here :/ , I have a related question on this issue, the qualcomm atheros qca9377 driver on my laptop (Aspire E 14) just stops randomly, the only way to have it working again is either I restart my laptop or to disable/enable it from the device manager, MS says it has the latest drivers when I try to update it, also show with this error, don"t know if it's relevant (see pic). TIA  :3

    I have:
    - de-installed
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless network adapter
    - looked for changed hardware and
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless network adapter
    appeared automactically again.

But the problem is the same.

What can I do to get my Wi-Fi connection back ?
