Why my laptop blutooth driver always like this??

    (1) What is your ACER model number? (2) Uninstall the BT module driver from Device Manager. Exit. Then re-boot machine. Jack E/NJ

    (1)My laptop model is acer aspire v5-471PG.
    (2)Need to check the "Delete the driver software for this device"?

    Just uninstall the bluetooth driver and restart the laptop

    1. Uninstall Bluetooth devices
    1. Go to Start > type “Device Manager” > double click the first result.
    2. Select the View tab > click on Show hidden devices.
    3. Uninstall the Bluetooth devices (right-click on them and then select Uninstall)

    Just know I has been tried this solution but it doesn't work

    yes i do see you have tried possible steps. In below thread i can see you already came with the bluetooth issue

    we have tried many steps sir since still you have issue. It might be a problem with the laptop bluetooth.
    So requesting you to call Acer support and send it for repair and check on it.
