how do I adjust the orientation of my screen? It is displaying vertically, not horizontally.

I was walking with my computer when it started to slip out of my hands. I caught it before it slipped completely, but somewhow changed the screen dipslay. It is as though it has rotatated 1/4 counterclockwise. I can't figure out how so that that screen display is horizontal. Any ideas?
