Cannot install latest VGA (Intel) drivers for Aspire E5-575 33bm

Sigh. I hate this computer. Something is always wrong.
I noticed that my display drivers for my E5-575 did not have the correct drivers installed for the Intel HD 620 card for the laptop.
I tried auto update and it said I already had the best drivers.
I tried to manually install using the drivers supplied by Acer for this model. But got an error and windows said it had to stop the installation. (This set was released on 12/2017)
I tried manually installing by going directly to Intel and installing the new driver set for the 620 (these came out this month 05/2018) but got an error code 43 and was told by the Intel Install app that I had to contact the manufacturer.
Nothing worked so I had to roll back to the older VGA drive set that Acer rolled out in 09/2016.

Hi,
Could you please tell us the model of the CPU in your laptop, if you have Kabylake (i5-7200U), version 21.20.16.4494 is the correct driver.

Some drivers are modified by the laptop manufacturers to work better with their hardware, so the suitable driver for your i3-7100u CPU( Kaby Lake) is the one from Acer support site (version 21.20.16.4494).
