    Hi @PavelFalta

I recommend you to follow the below steps and make change in Power Settings.
    1. On the desktop taskbar, near the clock, right-click the Power icon and choose Power Options.
    2. Click the blue "Change plan settings" link on the right.  Then click the "change advanced power settings" near the bottom.
    3. Scroll down to find the wireless section and set the "on battery" to be the same as "on power".  This may make the driver work by using the same configuration regardless of power source.
Also I recommend you to check for Windows Updates and install all available updates. That may work in this issue.

Fine. Firstly i would like to tell you that i consider myself advanced in computer technology, so please dont use phrases like "near the clock". The fact that i told you that im desperate means that i checked almost everything, including power plan settings, so that didnt help (but thank you for trying :D). I checked Win updates and my system is up to date. Is this model (Nitro 5 an515-42) equipped with some  wireless adapther? Also, does someone else suffer from the same problem?

As you have tried everything. I suspect it to be your charger problem. Voltage regulation may have failed and be affecting wireless circuit, not affecting motherboard as they have on-board voltage regulators or the high frequency suppression has failed and is swamping the signal. I recommend you to try a different charger to see if it is the problem.

Ok, i just noticed something. I was pinging www.google.com with AC plugged in to check my net connection while continuously changing the power mode from Balanced to High performance. Connection always disappeared on HP. But the wireless adapther settings are in both HP and BA set as Maximum performance

Did anyone solved this? I got an Acer Nitro AN515-42 yesterday i'm struggling so bad with this problem. No solution so far... Plugged laptop = Wifi broken, unplugged laptop = Wifi just fine. I've checked everything people usually suggest and i'm developer so i know things related with this area but still being unable to fix it. I'm contacting Acer support right now but this is frustrating.
