Internet Explorer compatibility problem & Acer system using Windows 7

The popup suggests the problem exists in C:/ProgramFiles/Acer/Acer ePower Management/ePower Tray.exe.

Tried several times to employ a fix as per Acer insructions but when I get to the point of "click to continue", no "click" appears.  Tried downloading all drivers and updates from Microsoft and Acer without success.

Any advice and help appreciated.
