why does my acer predator helios 300 shut down when ever i play video games?????

it only happens when i play games besides that it works perfectly fine.

Download HWiNFO and check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU. How long after you start the game the device restarts? Have you done any undervolting to the CPU or the GPU?Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
-Model number
-Part number(not required, but helpful)
-CPU
-GPU-Operating systemHelios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Go to C:/windows/minidump and there you will find logs created by the OS when it crashes. Delete all of them, but leave the 3 most recent ones that were created. Download whocrashed and run the tool. Report back here with the errors it will show.Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
