Is this one compatible : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BIWKP58/ref=twister_B07FXFSD51?_encoding=UTF8&th=1Ty
You don't have to worry about single rank or dual rank anymore, you can even mix them, get a module that says DDR4 PC4-19200, both modules in your links are compatible.
ty. Is ram upgrade can help me with the fps drop in games ? I'm playing Assassin's creed Odyseey, high quality, It work fine at 30fps in 30mins, then it drop to 22fps...0 -

The one you have at the moment is a 2400MHz module, it shows 1200MHz in CPU-z because it's a Double Data Rate(DDR 4) module, so no need to replace it
You can install another 4GB module to make the total of 8GB.
Have a look at mine, it shows as 1200MHz but in fact it's a 2400MHz module..

Open Task manager, in Performance tab check the current memory speed and get the matching module of 8GB and install.

Hi, i have a Acer nitro 5 with 4gb ram and 16gb ram optane. What I wanna do is change the 16ram optane for a 8gb ram. That way I will have 12gb ram, but I'm not sure if mix a 4gb ram with a 8gb ram will work.0

Optane memory is different from RAM, if you want to upgrade memory, you have to buy memory modules.

But can I change the optane memory for a normal ram memory?0

As you already have a 2666MHz module, you can upgrade with another 2666MHz module.

I recently bought an AN515-53 that comes with 8 gb DDR4 and want to upgrade it to make sure I have enough to cover all the bases. What should I look for? I noticed for some reason what is in it is clocked down in speed any idea why?0
