How to get proper support from acer? swift3

I raised a complaint on 17DEC2018 and after that no reply from acer to repair the swift3 laptop.
It got damaged in the accident and under ADP .
Visited service centre multiple time and they said we  requested the parts to replace
and Acer supports saying there is no part requested.
I am just in loop by poor service by acer

    I sent 40+ emails and calls to acer but they have no answer. Today is day15 and status is under repair from day 1.

    I visted service centre many times .
    They said we request parts to repair but its not approved.
    Usually it take 2 days. But in my case day15 and no support

    Yes, i already sent OM to Acer Manny
