Hello all,  I've had my spin 3 for about a year.  A month or so ago it started getting the Windows 10 blue screen and restarting.  No set amount of time or specific software running.  The errors range from Kernel Security Check error to Memory Management Error.  I've even gotten a KB error which I assume is KeyBoard (maybe not).

I've reset to factory settings, no help, then updated all drivers and did the Windows Defender scans.  Did a memory scan. And I've done the Windows maintenance scan.  No help.   I'm starting to think it's a hardware issue.  Bad memory SIM or HD.  Unfortunately there are no access doors and I'd need to take the entire back off.  Not to that point yet, if this is a known issue with a fix.

Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?  Also to the right of the mouse pad, the hand rest area is hotter than the rest of the laptop surface.  Maybe the norm but where I use an external mouse I've never noticed.

Thank You,

I do see that you have done reset by removing all the data from the unit. If it was a software issue most of them get fixed once you do a reset. But since still you have the same issue i guess it might be hardware related. So i would suggest you to check with Acer support .

Thanks Jack.  That's what I was thinking too.  There has never been anything on the computer but what came with it.  I'll give them a shout.
