Helios 300 charging then not charging every 15seconds

My laptop is charging everyday. Today I noticed something unusual and my helios 300 is plugged in and it's in charge mode then every 15seconds it doesn't change for some reason.
Can someone help? It's so annoying. The laptop keeps changing from charging mode then to battery mode.

First what is you model and second did you (or windows update) updated you bios lately there seem to be some issues with the bios 1.22 in the H300 and other models also with other bios versions

It's G3-571. Yesterday my windows updated. I just checked my BIOS now and it's version is 1.21.0

Try uninstalling the windows acpi driver (its the driver that controls the data sent between the battery and bios to windows) then do a battery pinhole reset lave it pressed for at least 30 seconds and let the laptop sit for 5 to 10 mnts after that boot it go to bios and reset setup defaults let it boot into windows and reinstall the acpi driver and see if it has been fixed sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't good luck

just resets the power in the laptop completely drains the power from the mobo as the battery is built in

It happens again. When it reacher 86% for some reason. I saw it reach 86% earlier too and it can't get past it.0

Well that might also be a faulty adapter/charger or the battery itself try to leave it to charge when its off to see if it fully charges or not just reset the battery pinhole and leave it off with the charger plugged itNey10 said:It happens again.
