R-11 not entering tablet mode

Hi, recently the R11 I've had for a year or so quit entering tablet mode or auto-rotating. I can still rotate the screen manually, but the keyboard doesn't seem to disengage when I fold back the screen. I've seen there were some issues recently with Build 68 related to USB or bluetooth accessories but that's not the issue here. I've done a power wash that had no effect on the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm on Version 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    At first I was glad to see it wasn't just me, then I was sad to see that thread is from a year and a half ago. Oh well, hoping for the best. Thanks!
